 | You must send your most recent material (CD format only) to the address indicated on the Contact page. This does not engage BCI to anything and therefore we cannot guarantee any results, but we will give it a fair hearing. |

| How can I get on the guest list? |
| You can only be on a guest list if you are invited by the artist, their label or management. If you wish to confirm or enquire about being on the list, please get in touch via our contact form. |

| Are there any other shows besides the ones on this site? |
| The shows that are confirmed are updated on this website regularly. Others which are not yet confirmed cannot be announced until further notice. |

| I live out of town, how can I buy tickets for a BCI show? |
| There are several locations of purchase on the Tickets page. If none of those are close enough, you also have the option of buying with a credit card via Admission or Ticketpro networks. |

| There are no more tickets available for a show, what do I do? |
| You may want to double-check with the other locations that carry BCI tickets to find out if there's any left. Also it is possible that additional tickets become available at the door on the night of the show, but not on a regular basis. This is the last resort and it is why we encourage you to get your tickets in advance. |

| Can I go backstage and meet/interview the band? |
| The backstage area is exclusive to artists and others directly involved with the production of the show. Unless you have a written authorization by the artist's record label and/or management, the answer is no. |

| Can I bring my camera to shows? |
| Video cameras are strictly forbidden in most events unless authorized by the artists. Still/digital cameras are allowed for media/industry people, provided they have a photo pass. |

| Can I buy my tickets directly from you? |
| No you can't. Tickets can only be purchased at the locations listed on the Tickets page. |

| I'm under age and some shows are in bars, what do I do? |
| Unfortunately this is beyond our control. For security reasons, you must be of legal age to get in 18+ establishments. Please get informed before buying your ticket. |

| Can I apply for a job at BCI? |
| There are currently no job openings, but you can still fax or mail your cv anytime. |
